Lindsey Willmann is an undergraduate student in the J. Mike Walker ’66 Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University. Her research focuses on the experimental characterization of nonlinear elastic materials, including rocks and composite structures, using resonant testing techniques. She studies the physical mechanisms that contribute to nonclassical nonlinear behavior, seeking to improve the understanding of complex material responses and their engineering applications.
