Luke Nester was a master’s student in the J. Mike Walker ’66 Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His research was funded by Los Alamos National Laboratory and the Texas A&M University Nuclear Security Office, focused on using nonlinear resonant ultrasound spectroscopy (NRUS) to non-destructively characterize bonded interfaces.
